Starting every September a team collects apples (normally on Monday ) ,extracts the juice (Tuesday), bottles and pasteurises (Thursday).

 

The juice is available at an inflation busting £2.50 but very much relies on customers returning the bottles. BUT ALL APPROXIMATELY 800 BOTTLES SOLD!

 

IN THE LAST 5 YEARS WE HAVE RAISED £3500 FOR VILLAGE FUNDS

 

The apple collection is from various locations around the village and represents fruit which would otherwise go to waste.

 

Over 60% of the bottles are returned and recycled.
